Our Service operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution accessible through web browsers.
2. Eligibility
To use WhatsDAB, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to bind your organization or business
- Provide accurate information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Access
When you register for WhatsDAB, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Use of the Service
You agree to use WhatsDAB solely for lawful business purposes and not to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content violating WhatsApp or Meta policies
- Share or transmit illegal, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material
- Interfere with, damage, or impair the Service or any connected systems
- Misuse WhatsApp Business API or impersonate any person or organization
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
5. WhatsApp API & Third-Party Integrations
WhatsDAB integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business API and other third-party tools.
You acknowledge that:
- WhatsDAB is not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
- Continued service depends on WhatsApp’s terms and policies.
- Any suspension or restriction by Meta may impact your usage of WhatsDAB, for which we are not liable.
6. Subscription, Billing & Payment
a. Subscription Plans
- WhatsDAB operates on a subscription-based model (monthly or annual).
- Pricing and plan details are available on our website.
b. Payments
- Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal).
- You authorize WhatsDAB to charge your payment method for recurring billing until canceled.
c. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
- No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles or unused features unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, software, trademarks, and branding on WhatsDAB are the exclusive property of the company.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for business purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute any part of the software.
8. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
All user data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
By using WhatsDAB, you consent to data collection, storage, and usage as outlined in that policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- WhatsDAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last three (3) months of service.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
We may, at any time:
- Modify or discontinue certain features
- Conduct maintenance or updates
- Suspend the Service temporarily for operational reasons
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of major changes.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the Service or engage in fraudulent activity
- Required by law or third-party platform (e.g., Meta)
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Stored data may be deleted within 30 days
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhatsDAB, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any third-party rights or applicable law
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Disclaimer
WhatsDAB provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee message delivery rates, API uptime, or campaign success as these depend on external systems like WhatsApp and Meta.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
